I just finished up the Rosewood Properties Design. They needed something that conveyed their high quality custom homes in Greenville SC. After a few revisions that played with circles, ribbons, house elevations, and leaves, we decided to go with a simple but classy, personal script font and a serif font for the “communities”. The end result is below.

Rosewood Communities trusted Photo Graphics to create a blog to give home buyers their most up-to-date information on communities and new homes in Greenville, SC.

Photo Graphics can set up blogs for less money than you think. Blogs are great because once they are set up, anybody can write a post! For Rosewood’s site, I invite the new home builders to post incentives for buyers as well as write posts on new communities progress.

Bluestone Cottages Marketing Materials

Recently I have been working with Rosewood Communities to create the marketing materials for their new development Bluestone Cottages. The Materials include Custom presentation folder and 11 pages of house plans, price sheets and features list. Below is a sample of the design we came up with.
