Kona Moped Rentals is a site I designed for my client, Johnny Gillespie to help get the word out about his moped business. The logo also was designed by Design Smart. I wanted to create a simple logo to use on the website, business cards and other marketing material. The site was created in preparation for the Ironman Competition.

Design Smart partnered with Bardwell Design to develop Fire and Fragrance’s new website. The goal was to point potential students to the missions training in multiple locations as well as get the word out about what Fire and Fragrance is doing around the world.

Port-au-Prince Haiti DTS (Discipleship Training School) is a school that trains up disciples of Jesus through the parent organization Youth with a Mission (YWAM). This particular DTS will be held in Haiti and serve the Haitians. I was asked by Sean Murphy the leader of the DTS to create a logo. I wanted to create something that had energy and flavor because a DTS is meant to move the people to action!

Anderson House of Prayer is in the beginning stages of development (Check it out). I wanted to create a design that communicated burning desire for the Lord and prayer/intercession. I found a unique font that is easily readable but also distinct. I used a combination of burnt looking textures to create this Hi-Res design.

Graham and Alissa wanted to keep their prayer and financial partners up-to-date on what they are doing on the mission field and so they came to me for their website needs. We found a blog design that had the core features we were looking for and went to work customizing colors and design. The result is a professional fun looking design that is easy to navigate through.

Jeff and Bethany are missionaries through YWAM and lead the Community Transformations Discipleship Training School on the main base in Kona. I was fortunate enough to get to know these wonderful people and participate in their DTS program. They definitely needed to have a website for all their travels!

Hansons at YWAM - Calvin and Camille

Thanks for viewing this website of my designs. I haven’t been actively designing anything for 6 months, because I’ve been participating in a Discipleship Training School through the missions organization Youth with a Mission (YWAM). The experience has been life-changing! God is real and actively after his lost sheep. I kept a blog about what happened on my journey here: Hansons at YWAM

I’ve been getting back into the swing of designs and will post some of my new projects here.

Long-term, I am transforming my business to be missions-oriented. Most of my profits will now go to missions. I believe God has a heart for justice and mercy as well as bringing people out of poverty and living life to the full. This will be the focus of the missions we will support. Also, I realize that many missionaries do not have the resources to create a blog to update people so I will be creating blogs for select missionaries to keep their partners up-to-date and inspire fellow christians and non-christians alike.
